Fiorentina Tuscan Salt

Did you know that Cantinetta means small wine cellar in Italian? By the way here's a really cool way to make Fiorentina Tuscan salt at home. Buy some really good quality sea salt, fresh Rosemary, Sage, and garlic cloves. Chop up the Rosemary and Sage and peel garlic (leave cloves whole about 4). Mix with the sea salt and put all of this in a medium sized glass jar. let infuse about 3 weeks. Enjoy over steaks for grilling. Wow, the sage and rosemary make a happy marriage! Also makes a cool gift idea! Enjoy with a Chianti Classico Riserva.
